9th National Finswimming Championship 2026
Organized by UNDERWATER SPORTS ASSOCIATION (INDIA) USAI
Venue: Campal Swimming pool Panjim, Goa | Date: 29th - 31st May 2026
1. State Representation
- Swimmers representing states MUST be as per their Aadhar Card address.
- The state selected during registration must match the address mentioned on your Aadhar Card.
- Participants must carry original Aadhar Card for verification during the event.
- Any discrepancy in state representation will lead to immediate disqualification.
CRITICAL WARNING:
If the Aadhar Card address and the form address are different, it will lead to DISQUALIFICATION WITH NO REFUND. Please ensure all information is accurate before submission.
2. Health & Medical Fitness
- Swimmers should not have any health issues that may affect their participation in finswimming events.
- Participants must be physically fit to compete in competitive swimming events.
- It is the sole responsibility of the participant/parent/guardian to ensure medical fitness.
- The organizing committee will not be responsible for any medical emergencies during the event.
- Participants with known medical conditions should carry necessary medications.
- Medical insurance is recommended for all participants.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- All sports participation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- Payment once made cannot be transferred to another participant.
- In case of disqualification due to false information, no refund will be provided.
- Convenience fees charged by Razorpay payment gateway for sports registration are also non-refundable.
4. Sports Registration & Documentation
- All information provided during sports registration must be accurate and truthful.
- Participants must carry original ID proof (Aadhar/Passport) during the sports competition.
- Sports registration confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment.
- Participants must keep their receipt with them while coming to the sports competition.
- Entry to the competition will be denied without proper sports registration and documentation.
5. Code of Conduct
- All participants must maintain sportsmanship and discipline throughout the event.
- Any form of misbehavior, cheating, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
- Participants must follow all rules and regulations set by the organizing committee.
- Coaches and support staff must also maintain appropriate conduct.
- The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.
6. Media & Photography
- By participating, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event.
- Organizers reserve the right to use photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- No objection will be entertained regarding media coverage of the event.
7. Liability & Indemnification
- Participants compete at their own risk.
- The organizing committee, USAI, and Goa Unit will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses.
- Participants/parents must indemnify the organizers against any claims.
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant.
8. Event Schedule & Changes
- Event dates: 29th May 2026 to 31st May 2026
- Reporting: 28th May 2026
- Technical Meeting: 28th May 2026 (6-7 PM)
- Organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule if necessary.
- Any changes will be communicated via email/WhatsApp.
IMPORTANT:
By completing the sports registration and making the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above for participation in the National Finswimming Championship.
